Dosmetic "goddess"

Everything was going as scheduled today until...my battery died. My son was messing with the buttons in my car and left the lights on. Which I didn't know until now. Now careful planning in errand running and dance schedules has been thrown for a loop. You never realize how much you depend on your car until you don't have it.

Besides that, I had a great Valentines day with family.

It is amazing how "domestic" I have become. I had to bake cupcakes for Will's class party. I also made decorated sugar cookies for the kids valentine gifts. One of the mom's was like, "how did you find the time?". I didn't let her in on my secret. It seems as though someone finally got smart and invented cookie dough that is ready to be cut, and icing in a can with tips provided. I hope she doesn't figure it out. I might be made out as a fraudulent mommmy that takes short cuts, not the domestic goddess she seemed to think I was. I think it is just funny to look at myself and go WOW. Never really pictured myself here.....
