On The Road Again
It has been a crazy couple of weeks. After I got back from Shreveport I took off to Austin the next weekend to visit a very dear friend that is about to have her 3rd child. I just love Austin. It is a "city" with a small town feel. I love the scenery and the people. Everything is always so layed back. I give my friend a hand for having the courage to have another child. I say that because that is what I would need to have another one. Yes, it has been another trying day at the house.
I am getting ready to go to Arkansas and Oklahoma for a quick business/pleasure trip. Getting ready to go is such a hassle, but it usually turns out to be worth it. My dad is having a fit that I am leaving with my daughter on a 5 1/2 hour drive. I had to remind him I am 35 and have a map and I know how to use it! To make him feel better I told him I would call him from every major town so he knew we were okay. You know all those maniacs out there. I hope we don't run it to any! I think I will be done traveling for at least a month. Thank goodness! Having fun is a lot of work!
Another tidbit. Sock man strikes again. I don't know why but my son likes to put socks on his hands after he gets in bed. After that he gets up about 5 times, before he settles down. Kids.
